Those last 5-10 pounds of baby fat can be so hard to lose!. It kinda sucks that after all we go through with being pregnant and labor that we then have to work our tushies off (literally) to get back to our normal selves. After sleepless nights and days full of endless baby duties you are lucky to find any time to do something for yourself.

I too have felt the sting of those pesky last few pounds. I too(having 4 kids) have a very hard time finding any time to work on myself. That was until i found “Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred“. This wonderful (and challenging) video includes 3 workouts of increasing difficulty. Each workout is approximately 20 minutes long, including a warm up and cool down, and consists of three sets of 2 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio and 1 minute abs each.  It is short, sweet and gets results.

In case you don’t believe me check out my results from my 30 days (and for clarification I did not diet at all and ate like a pig).

arms (no change in measurements but i can see the definition)
lost 1 inch off each thigh
lost .5 inch from upper waist
lost 4.5 inches from lower waist (that is the stubborn baby fat)
lost 2 inches from hips
